Project Summary:
This project seeks to address the immediate nutritional needs of vulnerable children and elderly individuals in Cuba by providing an emergency supply of high-protein food. This initiative aims to alleviate the effects of severe food shortages caused by the ongoing economic crisis, which has led to limited access to essential food items and basic services.

This project represents a vital step in advancing the Kingdom of God and spreading the Gospel. By providing hot meals to vulnerable children and elderly individuals, we aim to show God’s love in a tangible way, meeting both physical and spiritual needs. Through the collaborative efforts of local churches and international partners, we seek to bring hope, healing, and transformation to these communities, demonstrating Christ's compassion and mercy in action.

Objetive:
The objective of this project is to provide 10,000 hot meals over a period of 30 weeks to a group of 300 vulnerable children and elderly individuals in Cuba. The project aims to alleviate hunger and ensure that this group of individuals receives regular, nutritious meals during a time of economic hardship.

Key Components:

Target Group: 300 vulnerable children and elderly individuals.

Meal Distribution: Hot meals will be provided on a weekly basis, ensuring consistent food support throughout the project duration.

Meal Details:
Each hot meal will be prepared and distributed with a focus on providing essential nutrients, particularly high-protein foods, to ensure the health and well-being of the recipients. The meals will include a balanced combination of proteins, carbohydrates, and vegetables to address the nutritional needs of both children and elderly individuals.

Logistics:
The meals will be prepared and distributed by the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church (La Alianza) across 12 different cities in Cuba. Local church volunteers and leaders will coordinate the meal preparation and ensure timely delivery to vulnerable children and elderly individuals in their respective communities.

Cost:
The cost per hot meal ration is $1.50. The total cost for providing 10,000 hot meals to vulnerable individuals is $15,000.00 USD.
